I was banned a very long time ago for raiding honestly have no idea when the ban was implemented most likely later 2020 or early 2021.  I understand that the appeal time is 7 days however my friends and I are looking for a server and I remember that the community on this server was very polite and active and enjoyed my time playing on the server.  I would love this appeal to be considered just looking for a yes or no either way.  I do understand the rules and have read them. I do promise that this will never happen again and will only play as an active member of the community. Juicyhal was one of the individuals who knew the facts about my ban and it would be greatly appreciated it I could be unbanned!  However if any forum members do have questions regarding this appeal feel free to reach out.

 3 users came on at around 11 something EST, still on at the time of writing this. The attacked me and began trying to raid my town. i killed two of them and NB Edge and 8ball came to help, but i think they moved on through the nether roof to somewhere else.

Def need to be banned.

It wasn't like this when I logged off last night, This is what it looks like today. Someone removed the stairs in the middle, dug a block in the back side of it and placed a redstone there.

why did i get jailed? i did nothing against the rules. pls tell me what i did wrong and let me out of jail. also, if it it bc i xrayed, x raying is not against the rules so, yeah

VH is now in whitelist mode because of a server crash recently made public and new players using it to crash the server. If you need to get whitelisted, reply to this thread. This happened not too long ago right after I posted this thread. But a player by the name Mateitie I think it was joined the server. They requested my coords in a private chat 3 times, yet I ignored it every time thinking it could possibly be a griefer trying to get to my coords. Then randomly the next thing that happened about a minute after they sent the third coord request in private chat. They began to copy everything exact in the chat of what I said in less than a second. I am not sure if it is a Bot doing that or maybe a hacker. Something like that happening doesn't seem right and also It was getting annoying after every text I send in the server chat someone repeats exactly what I said right afterwards. 

TheMusingOx and some others saw it happen too.

I recently travelled from one town to another, and made sure of setting my bed in the first town before setting off for the second. Upon reaching the second, I set up a stasis chamber. A friend wanted me to grab some things from the first town, so I killed myself, but ended up at spawn. 
Secondly, my pearl in the stasis chamber apparently disappeared and is no longer there. 
I wondered if this was my doing, or if it was a server problem? - (Not sure I'm entitled to this but if there was some way I could return to either town, that would be greatly appreciated).

*upon review, it's actually possible that I could have misclicked another bed in the second town by mistake, (which is now destroyed, which would therefore explain why my spawn didn't work).

My 5y/o son tells me his account (DrakeDragonE) was put in jail. I think it was around 5:45PM CT. He's not sure what he did to get there (or at least couldn't explain it to me).

If he can't get out of jail that's fine, I'd just at least like to explain to him what behavior got him in there if anyone could help me out. If he can, that's great too.
