0lliey bedtrapping (and also flyhacking presumably)

0lliey has been killing a poor guy for like 20 minutes. 
He also presumably showed off flyhacks but I (or Indiaink) couldn't get a screenshot of it.
But hey at least evidence for bedtrapping, which counts as "non-consensual PvP", which is prohibited
Can something be done about it?
