Go to the HMRC website and buy yourself one of their blank self assessment returns forms, register for self employment and start paying taxes. You will provide all your details and business info and then will get a UTR number. You will get to complete a tax return every year online reporting your income and allowable expenses. Income Tax and National Insurance will be calculated by HMRC. You will pay over your bill online via your HMRC account. Make sure you register early and record all late payments for your own interests, as well as penalties or interest on overdue payments.
