This log extract is from the date you attempted the exploit. You were standing at 901 -48 1393 and yet the server was registering you attempting to interact with blocks at far away coordinates x=3666186 z=3486280. This behaviour is consistent with what is observed by an attack where players try to generate chunks at a high rate without being 'physically' present at the location, putting stress on the server to the point of crashing it. I am not convinced this is a false positive because with false positives, the click coordinates are not very far away from the actual location of the player. In your case, it was in the 3 million blocks away. The ban stays.
