Curse of Binding Pumpkin removal area in spawn

We all have known about the issues of having a curse of binding pumpkin with keep inventory on. So I think it might be best to add a way to remove them somehow in spawn like a pressure plate they could step on so people could remove them when admins aren't around to help take them off. It would also save staff time from having to go to the server just to remove them. It might be better if there's a vhguide command to remove them too so you can take them off whenever necessary.

Could we have it extended to all Curse of Binding gear? It shouldn't just be for pumpkins, especially if a piece of armor with CoB also has Mending on it.
