Remove the server from MCSL due to browser DRM - SupersuMC - 09-03-2023 About a month ago, Louis Rossman posted this video about DRM being built into future versions of Chromium, forcing you to use it to be able to fully use certain websites. If you're out of the loop, here's the video: https://youtu.be/0i0Ho-x7s_U?si=_ingfl-hgtYa62n9 As I tried to vote on MCSL, I got this error message, and I can't help but think it's because I'm using Firefox due to the wording: "We cannot verify your vote due to a low browser score. Try another browser or try login to Google to raise your score." So. They've done the DRM, and MCSL has bought into it. Boycott? RE: Remove the server from MCSL due to browser DRM - CubeStealer - 09-04-2023 Not a MCSL error but a Recaptcha message. Check your browser score at https://recaptcha-demo.appspot.com/recaptcha-v3-request-scores.php I am using Firefox and my score is 0.9. Highest score is 1.0 RE: Remove the server from MCSL due to browser DRM - SupersuMC - 09-04-2023 (09-04-2023, 02:29 PM)CubeStealer Wrote: Not a MCSL error but a Recaptcha message. Check your browser score at https://recaptcha-demo.appspot.com/recaptcha-v3-request-scores.php Yeah, that was my other conclusion: that the shoddy internet reception in the trailer messed it up. It didn't help that conclusion when I rebooted the browser and got the same message, though. Good to know that there's a resource available to check. I wish they'd provide it from the page, though. |
