I am so tired of creepers not giving me all the blocks. Thankfully, Mojang gave us the option to change that in the latest update, so let's take advantage of it so that we can more easily repair creeper holes.

Necro, I know, but seriously. What if a creeper blows up a shulker? We should set all ExplosionBlockDecay gamerules to false so that we don't lose resources.
