New 1.19 items are now available in stock! I'm now able to currently sell these things (prices may vary overtime):

Sculk Items:
-Sculk Blocks: 2 stacks -> 1 diamond
-Sculk Sensors: 8 sensors -> 1 diamond
-Sculk Shriekers: 1 shrieker -> 1 diamond (high risk collection)

Mangrove Swamp Items:
-Mangrove Propagules: Just ask as they're free if you don't have one yet!
-Mangrove Logs: 1 stack -> 3 diamonds (due to difficult collection)
-Mangrove Roots: 1/4 stacks -> 1 diamond
-Mud Blocks: 3/4 stacks -> 1 diamond
-Muddy Mangrove Roots: 1/4 stacks -> 1 diamond

Regarding usual trades I am also able to sell normal items such as:
-Blocks obtained through mining such as stone, granite etc...
-All kinds of logs (I'll collect them once someone is looking for some) 
-End stuff like elytras
-Beacons for 1 diamond block each
